Submission Policy

  • Event must be open to the public

  • Event must be held locally or for a local organization

  • We also post the weekly or monthly meeting of organizations/clubs

  • We do not post sales events (storewide clearance sale, private garage sale)

Wainwright & District Chamber of Commerce will review your submission for accuracy and consider it for addition to the site.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion.

Please provide us with all requested information, in case we need to contact you for additional information.

Wainwright & District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to decline publishing any event for any reason.

If your submission is accepted, the Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to edit and reformat your text.

If you are planning a community event, fundraiser or just a celebration, don’t forget to log on to the Chamber website at to register your event or check what else is planned for that date.
